My Coaching Style
I trained under the Psyched Soul Method™, a trauma-informed, spiritually conscious integration coaching program that emphasizes creativity, safety, and social impact. Currently, I am furthering my education through the Psychospiritual Institute, where I am on track to become a board-certified psychosynthesis coach by fall 2026.
Now, I offer the support I once needed—grounded in compassion, education, harm reduction, and my own lived experience with healing and transformation
My coaching is personalized and holistic. I work best with people who are newer to psychedelics, navigating C-PTSD, OCD, anxiety, treatment-resistant depression (TRD), or ADD. Together, we create a safe and sacred space where your healing can take root, grow, and bloom.
Each session is tailored to your unique goals, challenges, and lived experiences. Honoring your story is essential to meaningful, lasting growth. At the conclusion of our sessions I want you to walk away full of insights about yourself. We will have created a life toolbox, full of integration techniques like breath work, meditation, art, mindful walks, and much more.
At the heart of my approach is safety. I create a grounded, compassionate space where you can explore your inner landscape at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable. I draw on tools that promote nervous system regulation, support healthy boundaries, and help integrate emotional shifts over time.
My coaching style is also shaped by my healing journey. Having gone through complex trauma and emotional recovery, I offer insights informed by real lived experience—while supporting you with empathy and care. I’ve trained in the Psyched Soul Method™, a trauma-informed, spiritually conscious integration model that emphasizes creativity and social impact.
Whether you're beginning this work for the first time or returning to it with new awareness, I’ll walk beside you with patience, clarity, and grounded support. Together, we’ll holistically process emotions, attachments, and trauma, to help your healing take root, grow, and bloom. You don’t have to do it alone.

My Story
In 2024, I was in the emergency room, wondering how to slow down and not burn myself out. I was lost and wondered, “Why do I keep repeating the same cycles, and can I ever feel normal again?”Then I returned to ketamine treatment, and my life did a 180°.
I’m Sarah—a psychedelic integration coach, certified in the Psyched Soul Method™, and someone who’s walked the path of deep emotional healing firsthand.
After graduating from college in 2021, I realized that traditional therapy, though supportive, wasn’t enough to fully address the wounds I carried from childhood, family dysfunction, and early adulthood. So I committed to something deeper. I sought out trauma treatment centers, EMDR, family therapy, and somatic tools, but it was my psychedelic journeys that truly changed my life.
Since 2022, I’ve completed 30+ microdosing and macrodosing psilocybin experiences and more than 40 legal ketamine journeys; exploring different methods including IV Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), oral ketamine, subcutaneous administration, and microdosing through platforms like Joyous.
After five IV KAPs in 2024, my life started shifting drastically. For the first time in years my OCD was soothed and I felt calm, yet uncertain about the path before me.. I fell apart to become whole again. It was a challenging experience, but one of the most rewarding in my life. It became my calling to support others with their psychedelic experiences.
