The Coaching Process

Navigation
During this stage, I won’t be physically present during your journey—you’ll be at a clinic, service center, or in a country where the medicine is legal. Beforehand, we’ll build navigation skills like breathwork, intention-setting, mantras, and sitting with discomfort. The goal is to help you move through your experience with curiosity, presence, and self-trust.
Integration
During this stage, we’ll make sense of your experience and explore how it can support real change. We’ll revisit your intentions, reflect on key insights, and address anything that surfaces after the journey. I’ll help you build integration practices and a plan to apply what you’ve learned. When you feel ready, we can close the container or continue working together.
Preparation
During this stage, we’ll explore how your past shapes your present, clarify the future you want, and identify the tools to help you get there. We’ll discuss how ketamine or psilocybin may support your goals, and I’ll provide key questions to ask your clinic or facilitator. If you’re journeying solo, I’ll help you design a safe, grounded, and empowering experience.

PsychePath's Story
Let me walk alongside you and support your deep, healing experience!
I’m Sarah, a trauma-informed integration coach certified in the Psyched Soul Method™—and someone who’s walked the path of deep emotional healing firsthand. After years of navigating childhood wounds, family dysfunction, and the limits of traditional therapy, I committed to more holistic approaches that brought true transformation. Through my healing journey—including intensive trauma treatment, somatic practices, and creative expression—I found the support I once needed and now offer it to others.
My coaching is compassionate, personalized, and rooted in lived experience. I work best with those navigating C-PTSD, anxiety, OCD, or emotional burnout—offering a safe, grounded space for growth, clarity, and lasting change.
